Skill Force delivers proven “Alternative Curriculum” programmes to young people across the country, initiating interest and inspiring achievement.

Our ‘Core Programme’ involves engaging with students and working closely with them through a framework of recognised awards & qualifications.

Our instructors use many of the skills from their military careers to provide focus and direction within our programmes and to create an environment in which people can learn.

More and more schools, LEAs and Children's Trusts are embracing Skill Force to work with young people across the student population. We raise standards and unlock the potential of many students. 

Our specialist leadership and management skills are also valued in other parts of the local community. Leadership Training, Team-building, First Aid and other training courses are provided for teachers, parents, sports clubs, the Police Force and even large-scale Corporate organisations.
